Pastor Troy F. Vaughn is a nationally recognized faith leader, nonprofit executive, author, speaker, community strategist, and advocate whose life and leadership reflect the transformative power of faith, restoration, and purpose. A United States Marine veteran, ordained minister, and accomplished executive, Vaughn has dedicated more than three decades to serving individuals, families, and communities impacted by homelessness, addiction, incarceration, poverty, behavioral health challenges, and systemic inequities.

From adversity to executive leadership.
Having personally overcome seven years of homelessness, addiction, and life-altering adversity, Vaughn’s journey from Skid Row to executive leadership has become a powerful testimony of resilience, redemption, and hope. His lived experience, combined with extensive leadership across the nonprofit, behavioral health, housing, healthcare, and faith-based sectors, uniquely positions him as a trusted voice on recovery, reentry, homelessness, leadership development, and systems transformation.

Vaughn is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Christ-Centered Ministries (CCM), a nonprofit organization dedicated to interrupting cycles of homelessness, poverty, addiction, and justice involvement through housing, behavioral health services, workforce development, supportive services, and community engagement. He is also Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Los Angeles Regional Reentry Partnership (LARRP), one of the nation’s largest reentry networks, representing more than 700 community-based organizations, faith-based institutions, and service providers committed to advancing successful community reintegration and systems change.
As Senior Pastor of Restoration Family Worship Center, Vaughn combines practical leadership with biblical teaching, helping individuals discover purpose, experience healing, and develop a faith that transforms every area of life. His leadership philosophy centers on restoration, servant leadership, collaboration, accountability, and empowering others to realize their God-given potential.

Vaughn is the author of From Skid Row to CEO, a compelling memoir and leadership blueprint that chronicles his journey from homelessness and addiction to becoming a nationally respected executive, pastor, and advocate for transformational change. Through his writing, speaking engagements, consulting, and community leadership, he inspires audiences to overcome adversity, embrace purpose, and pursue lasting impact.
