PROJECT RESTORE
A whole-person pathway to recovery, stability, and long-term restoration.
A Whole-Person Approach
Building upon CCM’s existing licensed residential recovery program, Project RESTORE is designed to expand access to high-quality, community-based treatment and recovery services through an integrated continuum of care that addresses the physical, behavioral, social, economic, and spiritual dimensions of healing and long-term wellness. The program combines evidence-based practices, recovery-oriented systems of care, peer support, workforce development, and supportive housing strategies to help individuals achieve lasting recovery and self-sufficiency.
From crisis to stability. From recovery to a future rebuilt.
Project RESTORE creates a pathway from crisis to stability by providing residential treatment, recovery support services, care coordination, life skills development, employment readiness training, housing navigation, family reunification support, and community reintegration services. The initiative is designed to meet individuals where they are while empowering them to build healthy, productive, and purpose-driven lives.
A Stronger Recovery Ecosystem
Addressing the conditions behind chronic instability—not only the symptoms.
As a cornerstone of CCM’s long-term vision for community transformation, Project RESTORE integrates behavioral health infrastructure, housing development, workforce development, and social enterprise opportunities to address the root causes of homelessness, addiction, and chronic instability.
Through strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, government agencies, community organizations, and philanthropic stakeholders, the initiative seeks to expand access to care while strengthening the behavioral health and recovery ecosystem throughout Los Angeles County.
